Baby and child side dishes to increase oral tolerance of milk proteins based on cereals and milk component consisting of goat milk and goat protein fortificated by vitamins, mineral matters, trace elements, prebiotics, probiotic microorganisms, nucleotides, semi-unsaturated fatty acids, vegetable oils, sugars, natural aromatic and seasoning agents, whereby said milk component having contents of alfa-s1-casein from 10 mg to 200 mg in 100 ml of served side dish.
