In the present invention, there is disclosed a grain-milky or milky-grain additional food with optimized milk component consisting of goat milk and goat proteins with exclusion of cow proteins. The use thereof, starting from the end of the 4th month of baby life, brings the increase of oral tolerance of milk proteins. The milky component of the invented additional foods has a modified protein profile containing goat alpha-s1-cassein in the range of 10 to 200 mg of the alpha-s1-cassein in 100 ml of the administered additional food and at the same time, it complies with the parameters of the initial or continuing baby milk according to valid regulations. The optimal starting dosage of the alpha-s1-cassein allergen is 10 mg in 100 ml of the additional food from the end of the 4th month of baby life with subsequent increasing up to the value of 200 mg in 100 ml of the additional food from the end of the 8th month of baby life. In such a manner, it is possible to incite the increasing oral tolerance of the milk proteins through a controlled, natural method.
