A method for the combined therapy of alcohol dependence with delirium by means of craniocerebral hypothermia. The hypothermia is conducted in partial load mode of medicament and hypothermal influence on the background of disintoxication therapy, and from the next day the photoradiotherapy is prescribed for the prevention of asthenia, depression, and cognitive disorders.
