A method for enzyme immobilization into a polyelectrolyte microcapsule comprises producing CaCO-particles with encapsulated enzyme, the microcapsule forming by alternate adsorption on the mentioned components of opposite charge polyelectrolyte and removing CaCOfrom the capsules produced. Tripsin taken in the amount of 1-10 mg/ml is used as an encapsulated protein, and pectin and chitosan in the amount of 2-5 ml are used as opposite charge polyelectrolytes.
