A method for surgical treatment of open-angle glaucoma comprises the removal of the trabecula from the side of the front chamber (abinterno). Two limbal paracenteses are performed with width of 1.0-, the front chamber is filled and deepen with viskoelastic, specially developed forceps is entered through the paracentesis into the front chamber, the trabecula is captured from the side of the front chamber and removed within the limits, necessary for achieving the hypotension effect (batched endotrabeculoectomy). After that viscoelastic is washed out by aspiration-irrigation.
