A method for treating infiltrating and limited cavernous forms of nephrotuberculosis comprises the intravenous and oral antituberculous chemotherapy with specific antibiotics, tuberculostatics, immunocorrectors, biostimulators, and vitamins. The specific antibiotics and tuberculostatics are mixed with lipin. Ozone-oxygen mixture administered retroperitoneally with increasing ozone concentration is used as biostimulator and immunocorrector.
