METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF PERITONEUM CARCINOMATOSIS IN PATIENTS WITH COLORECTAL CANCER

摘要

A method for diagnostics of carcinomatosis in patients with colorectal cancer includes sampling material for investigation and reveal of free malignant cells. Presence of free cancer cells in material under investigation is determined on basis of determination of the level of expression of the gene CEA by means of polymerase chain reaction.
