A method for producing acid curd cheese Domashnii Dukhmianyi (Home aromatic) includes obtaining skimmed milk and cream and pasteurization thereof. Then skimmed milk is fermented. The obtained curd is processed. Then granules are washed and dewatered. Flavoring, table salt and milk cream are introduced to dried skimmed granules. Then the mixture is thoroughly mixed, pre-packed and stored.
