A method for growing KDP crystals, doped with nanoparticles of TiO(in anatase modification) comprises the preparation of crystallizer, KHPOsalt solution preparation and filtration, producing and setting of inoculating agent, admixture preparation, overheating of the solution during day and night, filling of the solution into crystallizer, adding of admixtures into solution, and crystal growing at reverse agitation. Nanoparticles of TiOare introduced to the solution as suspension in concentration 10-10weight % at temperature exceeding the saturation point of 5-. The crystal growing is carried out at relative oversaturation 1-1,5 % at solution agitation rate of 60-80 rpm.
