The method for modeling the experimental immune lesions of the ovaries in mouse comprises subcutaneous injection of the suspension of allogenous ovary in the complete Freund adjuvant folloed by intravenous injections with increasing amounts of ovarian antigen. Then the toxic effects are assessed by the leukocyte composition, the count of the cells comprising immunocompetent organs, and the extent of the lesions of the ovaries. Apoptosis and necrosis of immunocompetent cells are also assessed.
