METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING ACUTE PULMONARY LESION IN GENERALIZED PERITONITIS IN RATS

A method for diagnosing the acute pulmonary lesion in the generalized peritonitis in the rats provides for calculation of the coefficient of pulmonary regulation based on the difference in leukocyte count in venous and arterial blood according to formula: CPR = (V-A)/V × 100 %, wherein CPR is the coefficient of pulmonary regulation (%), V leukocyte count in venous blood, A leukocyte count in arterial blood. In intact animals CPR = 0.73±0.26 % and is characterized by the positive dynamics within the term of the study.
