METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF THE LEVEL OF ISCHAMIC AFFECTION OF KIDNEY PARENCHYMA IN PATIENTS WITH UROLITHIASIS WITH OBSTRUCTION OF URETER

A method for diagnostics of the level of ischemic affection of kidney parenchyma in patients with urolithiasis with obstruction of ureter includes determination of activity of channel lysosomal ferment N-acetyl--B-glucosaminidase. Additionally one determines the level of activity of -galactosidase in urine from renal pelvis, this is obtained at catheterization of kidney or at operative intervention because of kidney obstruction with concrement.
