METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF THE LEVEL OF ISCHEMIC AFFECTION OF KIDNEY PARENCHYMA IN PATIENTS WITH UROLITHIASIS WITH OBSTRUCTION OF URETER

The method relates to medicine, in particular to urology, and can be used for diagnostics of degree of ischemic affection of kidney parenchyma in patients with urolithiasis with obstruction of ureter. The method includes determination of activity of N-acetyl--D-glucosaminidase and -galactosidase in urine from renal pelvis, this is obtained at catheterization of kidney or at operative intervention for obstruction of a kidney with concrement, and by results of comparison of those to control values (practically healthy) one determines the level of ischemic affection of kidney parenchyma.
