METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF LUNG TUBERCULOSIS IN ADULTS

A method for prediction of lung tuberculosis in adults includes blood sampling, determination of diagnostic index, prediction by its value of probability of lung tuberculosis. One carries out sampling of capillary blood, with preparation of smear, with drying it, fixation with ethanol, dyeing by Romanovsky-Gimza, with microscopic investigation, calculation of leukocytic formula, with determination of diagnostic index by formula:, (1)where:- diagnostic index, %;- content of segmented neutrophils, %;- content of eosinophiles, %;- content of stab neutrophils, %;0.05; 0.1; 0.3 coefficients of regression equation, dimensionless value; by values of this index one predicts probability of falling sick of lung tuberculosis.
