The invention relates to medicine and can be used for the treatment of aortic aneurysm affecting both iliac arteries. A device for delivery of modular bifurcation endoprosthesis into aortoiliac vascular system segment comprises systems for delivery of the basic part of endoprosthesis and auxiliary part of shortened branch, guides for both systems. The device is equipped with guide for the auxiliary part delivery system as tension thread of gauge length and auxiliary double-tube catheter. The invention provides reduction of time for the treatment of said segment and enhancement of functional capabilities thereof due to directed and precision delivery of shortened lateral branch to the cavity at one stroke.
