The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and concerns a lance for oxygen-converter production of steel. A lance comprises the head with peripheral nozzles and central nozzle placed in it, and the central nozzle has cylindrical andoutlet part and turbulence nozzle is installed before them. The outlet part of central nozzle is made as truncated narrowed cone, and ratio of areas of outlet section of central nozzle and passage section of cylindrical part of central nozzle within claimed the range. Technical result: increase of efficiency of gas additional burning.
