wall and roof coverings for the fitting of tunnels and mountings for non-combustible water and freezing systems, which are wall and roof coverings fixed to transverse rock bolts (13) by means of adhesives (20);which mounting bolts (13) are anchored in boreholes in the wall and roof of the tunnel or mounting room, the fasteners (20) keeping the wall and roof coverings at a desired distance from the wall and roof of the tunnel or mounting room, the wall and roof coverings being made of insulation panels in the form of PE foam plates (14) or similar, which extend across or along the wall and roof of the tunnel and the mountain room respectively, which PE foam plates (14) are arranged with the ends facing each other, the wall and roof coverings comprising abrasives (30) in the form of a U-shaped adhesive mat (33) or plastic plates (15);which extend in the longitudinal direction of a joint formed of two PE foam plates (14) which are arranged at the end to the end, which abrasives (30) have an extension in the broad direction leading them to extend into both PE foam plates (14). A procedure for simple installation of wall and roof coverings is also described.
