An isolated polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence selected from: a) an amino acid sequence having an identity of at least 99% with an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID No. 2 or 6 over the entire length of said sequence; or b) an amino acid sequence having an identity of at least 97% with an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NO: 4 or 8 over the entire length of said sequence.
