The present invention relates to the field of Immunology, Immunoalergy and in particular the use of adjuvants or carriers to modulate the immune response to allergens. The technical objective is to obtain a pharmaceutical preparation for therapeutic or prophylactic use using bacterial proteoliposomes, which when applied in allergic individuals transforms the allergic response Th2 and IgE dependent, towards a protective Th1 response; as well as prevent the appearance and development of allergies in individuals not yet allergic. The vaccine composition consists of proteoliposomes of Gram-negative bacteria coupled to allergens and optionally other antigens or adjuvants. The method for obtaining it is provided and the 2 dose schedule for immunization with said vaccine composition is included.
