Procedure for adaptation of the manufacturing process of the mesh steel wire for use as flexible membranes in systems slope stabilization modifying mechanical properties of load-deformation behavior by eliminating most of the permanent structural deformation, to submit a sector mesh variable width, length and starting a process of preloading or prestrain, which causes an increase of the final length and the reduction of the inner light of the turns of the mesh inner light, enabling its application as a flexible membrane a stabilization system and slope protection and other applications where they are used as structural elements.
