A library of oligonucleotide probes for a given transcriptome wherein each probe in bibliotecaconsiste a mark of recognition sequence having a length of 6 to 12 nucleotides and unresto detection in which at least one monomer in each oligonucleotide probe is a modified delmonómero analogue, increasing the binding affinity for the complementariarespecto target sequence to the corresponding oligodeoxyribonucleotide unchanged, so that the probes of the bibliotecatienen sufficient stability to the sequence specific binding and detection of at least 70%, preferably at least 90% of all different target in a transcriptome unaespecie nucleic acid and wherein the number of different recognition sequences comprises less than 10% ofall marks possible sequence of a (s) length (s) given ( s).
