This invention is regarding a software product named Work Builder (in anotherword, Work Creator, WorkConstructer, Work Development, Work Management or Work Processor. The namealso could be anyother, but the functions will be these described below).The Work Builder application is used to create and develop work system(s) tomanage works (and alsoresources, see below), change to update the created work system(s), run andmanage the created worksystem(s), flexibly switch to run the work system from one to another, andgenerate the reports for thework performance for statistics and analysis.The WORK is an affair, an activity, an event, an action, a job, a process, atransaction, or a task that wasalready performed, or is being performed, or will be performed on a specificdate/time to handle, use,process, or manipulate the data or resources (of any kind) by a user (or anemployee) interacting or notinteracting with the other user(s) or employee(s) (like the manager,supervisor, or coworker, etc.),interacting or not interacting with the clients (or the customers),interacting or not interacting with a deviceor devices, with or without specifying a location, requiring or not requiringthe preset business rules (logic,requirements, etc.). The six factors, WHO, WHEN, WHERE, WHAT, HOW and WHY,either some ofthem or all of them, depending on the work type and natures, will be tracedand recorded.The Work Builder application offers a frame (i.e. a window, or a form, ashell, a framework), which is amain screen, for the user to construct the graphic user interfaces (GUis) tocreate work system(s)WITHOUT writing, viewing, accessing, and/or debugging any source code of anycomputer language. Thegraphic user interfaces (GUIs) constructed by the user are fully customizedfor flexibilities, depending onwhat the user wants. Because of that, theoretically the Work Builderapplication could be used to create,develop any kind of work system for any kind of work management.The communications such as email, fax, phone call, mail, teleconference, andso on, will be recorded andlinked to the work in case such link is needed, and will be treated as a partof the work efforts for the userto trace, review and analyze.In its first version, the Work Builder application is used to create, developthe work systems for theresources management (in another word, the Enterprise Resources Plan, i.e.ERP). Its later version willbe for both resources management and the other type of work management.Since the user interfaces are fully customized, depending on what the userwants, theoretically, in its firstversion, the Work Builder application could create and develop any kind ofresources managementsystem (i.e. the work system) for any organization (commercial or non-commercial) and/or for anyindividual. When applying in the resources management, the Work Builderapplication requires the user tosetup the organization's structure composed of the organization entities (suchas the user, workgroup,division, office, branch, and whatever is used by the organization), theaccess rights for the organizationentities, and business rules for the work(s).
