A flexible, pressure-openabledispensing valve (32, 32B) has a skirt (80, 80B) mounted on the support column(54, 54B) and has an outwardly extending, narrowing head (90, 90B) defining adispensing orifice at the distal end. A clamp member (34, 34B) fits around thevalve skirt (80, 80B) and is engaged with the body (30, 3OA, 30B) to hold the body(30, 30A, 30B), valve (32, 32B), and clamp member (34, 34B) together.
