The present invention relates to a primer set for detection of a pathogen of the female genital organs, and a method and a kit for detecting a pathogen of the female genital organs by using the primer set. According to the present invention, it is possible to rapidly, accurately, and conveniently analyze specimens of 14 kinds of pathogens causing various female genital organ diseases including non-gonorrheal urethritis, chancroid, acute sexually transmitted diseases, suppurative regional lymphadenopathy, cervicitis and endometritis, salpingitis and pelvic inflammatory diseases, pudendal and vaginal candidiasis, gonorrhea, urinary tract infection, pelvic inflammatory diseases, syphilis, and cervical dysplasia at a time. Additionally, the technique and product according to the present invention can be widely used for the first search or the determination of a definite diagnosis and a treatment policy and can be directly applied to the diagnosis of pathogens causing STD or urogenital diseases by replacing a known kit for DNA inspection such as known incubation or dyeing and single or multiple PCR and the like. Further, the technique according to the present invention may be applied to the diagnosis of a gene of other diseases such as infectious diseases, diabetes, and cancer.
