The present invention relates to a method for detecting a cancer events-regulating gene in ionizing radiation-irradiated mice, and a gene group. The method comprises the following steps: a) preparing a plurality of AKR mice in which an oncogene is inserted into the cell of a specific organ; b) dividing the AKR mice into three groups, irradiating a high dose rate of ionizing radiation to the AKR mice of a first group and growing the AKR mice, irradiating a low dose rate of ionizing radiation to the AKR mice of a second group and growing the AKR mice, and growing the AKR mice of a third group in a normal environment; c) collecting the thymus of dead mice among the AKR mice of the first or second group while carrying out step b), and diagnosing cancer events if the weight increases twice or more compared with the weight of an organ before irradiation; d) killing all the AKR mice of the first, second and third groups when the AKR mouse of the third group dies for the first time, and extracting the corresponding organ; and e) selecting only the organ of the same-day AKR mice not subject to radiation and the organ with no change in weight among the organs extracted in step d), and analyzing genes to detect increased or reduced genes.
