The invention relates to a method for producing prefabricated reinforced (A) concrete (H) two-way slab elements (1) provided with thermal insulation, said method comprising the following steps: a part (2) having thermal insulation properties is placed horizontally in the bottom of a formwork (E), said part (2) being a matrix (M) of parallelepipeds (3) on a rectangular plate (4), thereby forming a network of channels (5) perpendicular to each other for receiving the concrete (H); the reinforcement (A) is placed in the channels (5); the concrete (H) is poured; and the part (2) and the hardened concrete (H) are removed together such that a lightweight (2) insulating two-way slab element (1) is produced, in which the formwork part subsequently performs the function of thermal insulation. The invention also relates to a slab made with said elements.
