The present invention relates to a system for managing health through sensing multiple vital signs, which is installed in homes or public places, senses and analyzes vital signs emitted by a user, and provides various information to the user to care for his/her health, and to a health management method using same. The system of the present invention comprises: a reception unit receiving heartbeat information data from an apparatus for measuring vital signs; a data separation means separating the heartbeat information from the heartbeat information data received by the reception unit; a storage means for storing the heartbeat information; a data analysis means for analyzing the heartbeat information stored in the storage means when an analysis request signal is input from the user or predetermined analysis conditions are satisfied; and a control unit including control means which receives an input signal, controls operation of the data analysis means, receives the analysis results from the data analysis means, and transmits the analysis results to an output terminal through an output unit.
