The invention relates to a method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition in the form of a tablet combining at least the following active principles: rifampicin, isoniazid, and pyrazinamide. Advantageously, the pharmaceutical composition also comprises at least a fourth active principle: ethambutol or one of the salts thereof. In particular, the preparation method according to the invention is performed by means of wet granulation of the isoniazide, the pyrazinamide and, optionally, the ethambutol. The resulting composition is advantageously a composition comprising a fixed dose combination of the aforementioned 3 or 4 active principles and having an antituberculosis therapeutic activity, which can be administered orally.
