The present invention provides a physical and mental health care system, which uses music, colored light and physical factors to achieve a human body regulation effect, and includes: a service center (88), including a music, colored light, and physical factor/program processing module (88F), for generating operating parameters of the music, colored light and physical factors; a customer system (00), including a biological information sensor (42) and/or an environmental parameter sensor (41) for collecting human body indexes and environmental parameters, and a microcomputer control chip (10); a customer scientific environment (08), including a terminal device for realizing contents of the music, colored light and physical factors, the terminal device being controlled by the microcomputer control chip (10); and a communication device (05), for performing data transmission between the service center (88), the customer system (00) and the customer scientific environment (08).
