An intelligent electric water pot includes a pot body (11), a power source base (6) and a pot cover (12) located at the top of the pot body (11). A heating element (9) is arranged at the bottom of the pot body (11). A water level scale window (10) is provided on the pot body (11). A water temperature inductor is arranged in the pot body (11). A hand handle is arranged at the side surface of the pot body (11), and a microcomputer control chip (2) for controlling the working of the whole water pot is arranged in the hand handle. Several indicating lights (4) for displaying water usage habit of user are provided on the pot body (11). The indicating lights (4) are connected with the microcomputer control chip (2) through a switch (13). A level inclination inductor (1) connected with the microcomputer control chip (2) for detecting water-pouring action is also arranged in the pot body (11).
