Disclosed are a publishing method for web advertisements and messages and an assembled system therefor. A web user uses a client terminal to connect to a web server, downloads an advertisement software, and clicks to install and execute said software; then at the bottom of the desktop of the computer monitor of the web user is displayed a group of multi-window classified advertisement windows (A, B, and C); displayed in the advertisement windows (A, B, and C) are advertisement message prompts corresponding to the messages published by advertisers. The invention is characterized in that the message-publishing method is independent of web pages.
