PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the providing of advertisement data from a contents provider to many homepage openers.;SOLUTION: An advertisement clip publishing site 20 performs the electronic watermarking processing and encryption processing of contents in an electronic watermark addition and encryption part 22, makes its advertisement promotion video into advertisement data in a bannar and promotion video integration part 21, and publishes them in a data transmission management part 25. A HP opener terminal 30 downloads the advertisement data, and publishes them on its homepage by a WEB server part 33. When the advertisement data are selected by the HP display part 42 of a customer terminal 40, advertisement audio-visual data are transmitted to the site 20.
