The present invention discloses a series of genes and/or proteins associated with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) and provides polynucleotides and/or polypeptides for use in the treatment and/or prevention of cSCC. The invention further relates to methods of diagnosing cSCC and provides oligonucleotide/polypeptide probes and primers.
