Disclosed is a manufacturing method for efficiently manufacturing a polymer laminate film capable of improving mechanical properties; also disclosed is the polymer laminate film manufactured by said manufacturing method. The disclosed method involves: a step for applying a centrifugal force towards the surface of a support body (1) on which a polymer solution (3) is placed on one side (2A) of said surface, thereby forming a polymer layer (4) on the aforementioned surface with the aforementioned polymers oriented; a step for incubating the aforementioned polymer layer (4) and then drying to form a polymer thin film (5); a step for changing the orientation of the aforementioned support body (1) and applying a centrifugal force towards the aforementioned surface of the aforementioned support body (1) on which a polymer solution (3) is placed on the other side (6A) of said surface, thereby forming on the aforementioned polymer thin film (5) another polymer layer (7) with the polymers oriented; and a step for incubating the aforementioned other polymer layer (7) and then drying to form another polymer thin film (8).
