Provided in the present invention are a photon therapy control system and a photon therapy seat. The photon therapy control system is applicable in a therapy apparatus and comprises: a photon acupuncturing head, an acupuncture point information acquiring unit, a human-machine interaction unit, a driver unit, a location sensor, and a digitally-controlled positioning unit. In the present invention, the human-machine interaction unit is operated by a user on the basis information acquired by the acupuncture point information acquiring unit of the location of an acupuncture point on a human body in relation to the therapy apparatus, a control signal is transmitted to command the driver unit to drive the photon acupuncture head to the acupuncture point, and massaging and therapy are conducted. The massage process is achieved completely using smart technology. Use of the system is convenient, simple, and safe. The smart technology allows for convenient remote therapy and guidance. When used on the photon therapy seat, the system facilitates the use of the photon therapy seat, and is applicable for various groups of people.
