The present invention relates to a radiation dose-controlled radiation treatment device for in-vivo mucosal tissues using a magnetic field, which includes: a radiation generating part irradiating a portion of cancer in a patient with radiation; a magnetic field generating part creating a magnetic field area in the body of the patient; and a controlling part controlling the radiation dose delivered from the radiation generating part to the portion of cancer in the patient by regulating the direction and the intensity of the magnetic field in the magnetic field generating part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
