Disclosed is a system for managing resources in a virtualized environment, comprising an OSS and an NMS and an EMS, a service delivery platform, a master, slaves, a network switch and a shared storage device connected to the OSS. Virtual machines run on the slave. The service delivery platform is connected to the OSS and requests resources from the master. The master is connected to the network switch and the slaves respectively, receives a request signal sent by the service delivery platform, and controls the slaves and the virtual machines running on the slaves. The slave is connected to the network switch, the shared storage device and a TMN. The shared storage device serves as a shared storage, and is connected to the network switch, the slaves and the master respectively. In the present invention, centralized management can be performed on physical device resources (comprising the servers, memory and network devices) and virtual device resources (comprising the virtual machines, virtual storage and virtual switch) effectively and reliably, and transaction-level management of various resources in the virtualized environment can be implemented by a distributed transaction processing method.
