The present invention relates to a large concrete block for lifting a crane, comprising: a large concrete block body made of a concrete material; and a pipe for inserting a connection wire rope therein, said pipe being made of a synthetic resin, the center of which is embedded in the large concrete block body and both ends of which are arranged upwardly at the upper surface of the large concrete block body. Thus, the problems caused by conventional lifting ring members are completely solved.
