The present invention relates to the method for producing renewable materials from waste created by sunflower oil production, for use as biocompatable matrices in tissue engineering, controlled administration of substances of biological interest (drugs, proteins, genes, etc.) and as catalysts in processes activated by basic centres, using not only dielectric heating, but also solar activation, in order to increase the sustainability of the process.
