A paper diaper with a waist belt comprises a paper diaper sheet (1) and a waist belt (2) capable of securing the paper diaper sheet (1) to a wearer. The front and the rear ends of the paper diaper sheet (1) are respectively provided with a mechanism for aiding in cooperatively retaining the waist belt (2). The waist belt (2) can be reused. The length of the waist belt (2) can be adjusted to fit the waistline of the wearer. The paper diaper with the waist belt has advantages of good secure performance, cost saving and convenient operation. The environment pollution can be reduced.
