PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper diaper capable of being used as both a tape type diaper and a pants type diaper and snugly fitting the wearer's body.;SOLUTION: The paper diaper has a waist section 10 including an intermediate section 10c and side flaps 11, 12 projecting from both sides of the intermediate section and wound around the waist of the wearer, an absorptive body 20 connected at its back end section 20B to the intermediate section 10c of the waist section 10 and installed so as to cover from the back side through a crotch section and up to the belly side, hook tapes 15, 15 arranged on the inner surfaces of the side flaps 11, 12, respectively, of the waist section 10, and exterior nonwoven fabric 24 provided on the absorptive body 20, on the outer surface of its front end section. The hook tapes 15, 15 on the inner surfaces of both side flaps are individually removably connectable to the nonwoven fabric 24 on the outer surface of the absorptive body 20. Perforated lines 16, 16 are formed in both side flaps 11, 12, respectively. In each side flap, the perforated line 16 extends in the lateral direction of the product from the middle, in the up-down direction, of the forward end edge of the side flap to an intermediate section 10c side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
