METHOD FOR PURIFYING WASTE OF AQUEOUS REWORK CHEMICAL FOR LCD PANEL AND REUSING THE PURIFIED REWORK CHEMICAL

PURPOSE: A method for refining and regenerating the waste liquid of aqueous retreating chemical for treating bad liquid crystal display panels is provided to cost-effectively implement operational processes by minimizing the use of raw materials. CONSTITUTION: The waste liquid of aqueous retreating chemical containing 5-30 weight% of dimethyl sulfoxide, 15-30 weight% of an aqueous amine compound, and 5-20 weight% of inorganic alkaline hydroxide is centrifuged. Water is eliminated from centrifuged supernatant based on a decompressed distilling process(33). A dissolved resin becomes sludge, and inorganic alkaline materials are precipitated. The sludge and the precipitated inorganic alkaline materials are eliminated. A filtering process with respect to the centrifuged supernatant is further implemented.
