Electrochemical methods of natural and waste water purifying

摘要

The review of existing methods, especially the electrochemical ones, of natural and wastewater purifying from various toxic substances are presented. It is shown, that electrochemical methods of treatment (electrocoagulation, electroflotation and others) can be used for effective removal of dispersion and emulsion admixtures, dissolved associated molecules (huminic and fulvoacides, dyestuffs, anionic surface-active substances and other), dissolved ions which specifically interact with electrogenerated aluminum or iron hydroxides from natural or waste waters. For removal of dissolved low-molecular organic substances, pesticides, herbicides, non-ionic surface-active substances and other non-dissociated molecules more effective are oxidizing methods, including electrochemical oxidizing methods (in combination with other physical and chemical influence) with subsequent adsorption of obtained substances by activated carbon.
