PURPOSE: An apparatus for inserting an back flow prevention biliary stent is provided to prevent back flow by expanding the inner diameter of a back flow prevention control unit. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for inserting an back flow prevention biliary stent comprises an insertion exterior pipe, an insertion pushing members, and a pushing secondary stent(25). The external diameter and inner diameter of the insertion exterior pipe are respectively formed in a certain size. The insertion exterior pipe is formed in a shape of a cylindrical long pipe in order to be inserted into the inner cavity of the human body. The insertion pushing member is inserted into the insertion exterior pipe. The pushing secondary stent is connected to the end of the insertion pushing member.
