The module has drive units (3, 3') for generating high frequency oscillation and comprising high frequency housings (2, 2'). The high frequency housings include a membrane and access openings i.e. hose connectors (6, 6'). The high frequency housing is linked to the drive unit such that the membrane is movable by the drive unit. The high frequency housing is provided with a coupling unit (5) and releasably connected to the module with the coupling unit. The coupling unit comprises a bayonet coupling, a clamp coupling, a screw-coupling, a slide coupling and a flange-or plug-in coupling.
