PURPOSE: A compact circulation-type wave generating device is provided to prevent the mixing of dye and a tracer caused by diffusion and reflective waves in a large-scale wave generating device.;CONSTITUTION: A compact circulation-type wave generating device(1) comprises a channel part(10) in which water is filled for observing the period of wave, a wave generating part(20) which is installed on one end in the longitudinal direction of the channel part and generates specific wave, a wave attenuating part(15) which is installed on the other end and attenuates the wave having propagated in the longitudinal direction of the channel part, a discharge part(30) which is discharges the water with attenuated wave from the channel part, a flow observation part(40) which is installed under the discharge part and measures the amount of discharged water, a reservoir part(50) which accommodates and stores the water discharged from the flow observation part, and a flow circulation part(60) which circulates the water from the reservoir part to the channel part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
