PURPOSE: A method for preparing DNA-conjugated hydrogel microparticles is provided to obtain the microparticles of uniform shape and size and have microparticles of various shapes. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing DNA-conjugated hydrogel microparticles comprises: a step of preparing a replica mold formed in a predetermined pattern; a step of filling a composition containing acrylate group-modified probe DNA and photoinitiator in the replica mold; and a step of irradiating UV ray to the replica mold for photopolymerization. The replica mold is PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane) or polyisobutylene. The composition additionally contains polyethylene glycol or porogen.
