摘要

The present invention relates to a method for preparing hydrogel for a tag of surface enhanced Raman scattering, which has selective permeability and can increase the binding rate with a target material, and hydrogel microparticles obtained thereby. The hydrogel for a tag of surface enhanced Raman scattering allows selective permeation of a target material only to avoid a need for pretreatment of a sample and to prevent contamination of the internal metal particles. Since the hydrogel for a tag of surface enhanced Raman scattering is not in the form of a wafer but is in the form of microgel (particles), it can be injected and mixed and thus increase the binding rate with a target material. In addition, the hydrogel has a simple structure including metal nanoparticles supported therein, and thus is obtained with ease and is amenable to mass production. The hydrogel microparticles have small sizes of several tens to several hundreds of micrometers to allow direct dispersion and to facilitate separation and concentration.
