PURPOSE: A footrest device of a rehabilitation exercise machine is provided to enable a user to comfortably perform various rehabilitation exercises when the user has leg disabilities.;CONSTITUTION: A footrest part(20) includes a left footrest(21) and a right footrest(22). The left footrest and right footrest are moving in up and down directions on a main body(10). An operation part includes actuators(31,32). The actuator is respectively connected to the left footrest and right footrest.
