SLOTLESS STATOR CORE MANUFACTURING METHOD ON BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the slotless stator is provided to prevent a counteracting force, which is interruption force, to a rotor by forming a bobbin into an insulating material. CONSTITUTION: An insulating material is puts into in an injection molding frame of a bobbin shape and performs injection molding(S110). The injection molding frame of the bobbin shape projects a plurality of coil winding protrusions along a circumference at a constant interval. The coil is wound around each coil wound protrusion of the bobbin molded by injection with a coil winding apparatus(S120). The bobbin around which the coil is wound is inserted into a housing(S130).
